These rules exist to ensure trust, fairness, and a safe experience for everyone on Foontro. Our guidelines help protect both freelancers and clients throughout the collaboration process.
1Project Timelines & Delivery
- Freelancers must deliver work within the agreed timeline.
- If a freelancer anticipates a delay, they must inform the client in advance via Foontro chat.
- Failure to deliver without communication may result in:
- Project cancellation
- Partial or full refund to the client
- Negative account impact or suspension
2Work Quality & Completion
- Delivered work must reasonably match the agreed scope and description.
- Clients are expected to review submissions within a reasonable time.
3Off-Platform Rules (Strict)
Zero Tolerance Policy
- Communication: Users must not share personal contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) to move conversations outside Foontro.
- Payments: Accepting or offering payments outside Foontro is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to bypass the platform will result in immediate warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account suspension.
4Fraud & Abuse
The following are strictly prohibited on Foontro:
Fake profiles or portfolios
Misrepresentation of skills
Plagiarized or stolen work
Harassment or abuse
Foontro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates platform rules.
